Content Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy defines content that is prohibited from being uploaded or generated in the Service. Violations may result in content deletion, use restrictions, or account suspension.

2. Content Prohibited from Upload

Users must not upload the following, and all legal responsibility arising from such uploads lies with the user.

• Others' product images or designs for which the user does not hold usage rights
• Others' trademarks or brand logos
• Portraits of real persons (facial photographs without consent, etc.)
• Third-party images protected by copyright

3. Content Prohibited from Generation

• Content that impersonates or misleads about real persons (deepfakes)
• Content that sexualizes minors
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Obscene material
• Content that deceives others with false information
• Content that promotes or depicts illegal acts

4. Responsibility

• Securing lawful usage rights for images uploaded by the user is the user's responsibility.
• The Company does not guarantee that generated results do not infringe the rights of third parties.
• When a rights-infringement report is received (contentsgray@thespaces.co.kr), the Company reviews and takes action on the content.
