Privacy Policy

1. Personal Information Collected

• At registration: email address via Google account, and profile information (name, profile image)
• At payment: Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), and the Company does not store card information directly. The Company receives the fact of payment completion, order identifiers, and billing country information.
• During use of the Service: images uploaded by the user, entered prompts, generated results, and usage records (generation history, credit history)
• Automatically collected: access logs, cookies (language settings, etc.), and country information (IP-based, for automatic language setting)

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• Providing the Service and managing accounts
• Credit deduction and payment processing
• Storing generation history and providing re-access functionality
• Display suited to the user's language environment
• Improving the Service and preventing misuse

3. Provision to Third Parties and Entrustment of Processing

• fal.ai (United States): image and video generation. Prompts and uploaded images are transmitted to fal.ai and its sub-AI-model providers (ByteDance, Black Forest Labs, xAI, etc.).
• Supabase: data storage and authentication (server region: Seoul)
• Vercel (United States): service hosting
• Lemon Squeezy (United States): payment processing
• Google: login authentication

Each third party is subject to its own privacy policy.

4. Retention Period

• Account information: until account withdrawal
• Generation history and results: until the user deletes them or deletes the account
• Payment records: for the period prescribed by applicable law (the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)

Note: fal.ai retains generated files for at least 7 days, after which they may be deleted. The Company copies and retains the results in its own storage.

5. Rights of Users

Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information, and may request deletion of personal information by deleting their account. Requests are received at the contact of the Privacy Officer below.

6. Cookies

The Service uses cookies to maintain language settings, login sessions, and theme (light/dark).
