1. Ownership of Rights in Generated Works

For images and videos generated by the user through the Service (the "Generated Works"), the Company grants the user usage rights, including commercial use, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of third-party AI model providers.

2. Commercial Use

• Users may use Generated Works for commercial purposes such as their own product sales pages, marketing, and advertising.
• However, the user must lawfully hold the rights to the original images used for generation.

3. Limitations

• Rights to Generated Works are not guaranteed without limit. Restrictions set by third-party AI model providers in their own terms may apply.
• Important: Some model providers, such as fal.ai, do not provide intellectual-property indemnity (IP indemnity) for Generated Works. If a Generated Work infringes third-party rights, the legal responsibility may rest with the user rather than the Company or the model provider.
• Before using a Generated Work, the user is responsible for verifying on their own that it does not infringe third-party rights. In particular, since generated results may include trademarks, logos, or signage of real brands, verification is required before commercial use.

4. Works Created with Free Credits

The same usage rights apply to results generated with credits granted free of charge.
