Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms govern the conditions of use of the Grayspace AI service (grayspaceai.com, the "Service") provided by 스페이스에스 (Representative 최의수, the "Company"). A user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms by registering for or using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Company provides a service that generates images and videos through third-party AI models, based on clothing product images uploaded by the user or prompts entered by the user. The quality, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose of the generated results are not guaranteed.

3. Account

• Users register for the Service through a Google account.
• Users are responsible for managing their account information and may not transfer or lend their account to others.

4. Credits

• Generation features within the Service are used by deducting "credits (points)."
• Credits are either purchased for a fee or granted free of charge according to policies determined by the Company.
• Credits successfully used for a generation request are non-refundable. If a generation fails due to a system error, the corresponding credits are automatically restored.
• Credits are not redeemable for cash, and refund conditions follow the Refund Policy.

5. User Obligations

Users must not engage in the following conduct.

• Uploading or generating images that infringe the copyrights, trademark rights, or portrait rights of others
• Creating generated content that uses others' brand logos or designs without authorization
• Creating content that impersonates or misleads about real persons (deepfakes, etc.)
• Generating illegal, harmful, obscene, or violent content
• Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service (automated bulk requests, reverse engineering, etc.)

6. Rights to Generated Works

Rights to generated results are separately defined in the Content License.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as-is."
• The Company is not liable for content uploaded by the user, generated results, or legal issues arising from their use; such responsibility lies with the user.
• The Company is not liable for damages arising from the suspension or modification of services by third-party AI model providers (fal.ai and its sub-model providers).
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability for damages is limited to the amount paid by the user during the immediately preceding three months.

8. Changes to and Suspension of the Service

The Company may change the content, credit policy, and pricing of the Service after prior notice. General changes are announced 7 days before they take effect, and changes unfavorable to users are announced 30 days before they take effect, via in-service notice or email.

9. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. If a user violates these Terms, the Company may restrict use or suspend the account after prior notice (or after the fact in urgent cases).

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Western District Court shall be the court of first instance for disputes.

11. Language

These Terms are written in Korean, and English, Japanese, and Chinese translations may be provided for the convenience of users. In case of any conflict between a translation and the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
